We are building something significant. We need significant people.
Cloudpire is in its early chapter. The people who join at this stage will shape what it becomes — not inherit a structure someone else built.
The work comes first.
We are a firm that does the work, not one that talks about it. Cloud environments get built. Projects get delivered. Risk gets managed. If you want to do real, substantive technology work — not slide decks about technology work — that is what we do. The clients we take on are clients whose problems are genuinely worth solving, and the work we do for them is held to a standard we are willing to put our name on.
Early stage is a feature, not a risk.
Joining Cloudpire at this stage means the decisions you make and the work you do will shape what the firm becomes. The service lines, the standards, the culture, the clients — these are not yet fixed. The people who are here now will have a genuine say in how they develop. That is not something you get at a firm that has been running for fifteen years. It requires tolerating a degree of uncertainty, but it also means your contribution is visible and consequential in a way that is rare.
Honesty is not optional.
With clients, with each other, and about what we do not know. The standard we hold ourselves to is that we tell people the truth — about timelines, about scope, about risk, about whether we are the right fit for a piece of work. That culture starts with who joins and how they operate. We are not interested in adding people who would rather look capable than be honest about a gap. That is the kind of environment that makes the work worse for everyone.
Three disciplines. One standard.

We are not running a formal hiring process. What we are doing is meeting people who could be part of what Cloudpire builds. Send us a message through the contact form. Tell us who you are, what you have done, what you are looking for, and why Cloudpire.
We read every submission and respond to every one that is relevant. There is no application portal, no automated screening, and no generic rejection email. If we think there is a fit, we will have a direct conversation about what that might look like.
